"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice is rumored to be growing increasingly afraid that the state's probation department may not be willing to allow her to return to her Bravo network hit reality show once she has been released from prison.

Earlier this week, Giudice signed a deal with the federal government to pay off the more than $400,000 she owes in restitution by using part of the money she earns from the show. But now, there's word that may not really be an option for the 43-year-old star.

RadarOnline reports Giudice's probation officer would have the right to sign off on any line of employment she chooses upon being released and she now fears starring on the sometimes volatile show will not be allowed.

"Teresa is looking forward to getting out, obviously," a source told the website. "Knowing there are creditors waiting to collect the outstanding $13.5 million debt, she is already trying to line up jobs now. Since the biggest paycheck would come from the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey,' Teresa wants to go back to the show."

And it appears Bravo officials are quite eager to have her back, announcing this week that filming for the new season will be delayed into the fall, thus allowing the network the chance to incorporate Giudice's expected late December prison release into the scenes.

Once Giudice is done serving her 15-month sentence at the Danbury Federal Facility on bank fraud charges, husband Joe is slated to commence his 41-month sentence on similar charges.

With Giudice away, the couple's financial standing has already taken a substantial hit. Radar reports their New Jersey mansion is currently in foreclosure proceedings, and their beach house is scheduled to hit the auction block any time now.

In hopes of quickly getting back afloat, Giudice is also rumored to be hoping to write another book in which she details all her experiences behind bars.

"Teresa needs to make a lot of money, and fast," a source added.
