Gabrielle Union participated in a "Ask Me Anything" chat on online forum Reddit Thursday. She was asked questions about her favorite roles and her husband, Dwyane Wade.

One fan asked Union what her favorite acting role was.

"My favorite?" she asked. "Probably being Mary Jane in 'Being Mary Jane.' Because I've had the chance to fail and get it right with her over 3 seasons and a pilot. Usually with a movie you've got one shot at it, pretty much. But with a TV show that we just finished season 3 for, I've had a chance to learn and grow with the character. So that!"

Another fan wanted to know what inspired Union to become an actress, and she was very honest about her answer. Union explained that the money was definitely appealing.

"I was working at the bookstore, making $6.16 an hour, and that's after 3 raises and glowing evaluations, and I started an internship at a modeling agency, and I booked my first modeling gig pretty fast, and they paid me $125 for the day," she said. "And I thought 'I think there's something to this whole entertainment business.'"

There were many questions about her career. 

Fans wanted to know if Union planned on appearing in "Bad Boys 3."

"If there is one," Union replied.

Users were quick to provide Union with links reporting that a third "Bad Boys" movie is in the works.

With many super hero movies being released lately, and there being a bigger focus on adding diversity to these roles, Union was also asked if she would ever take on a superhero. Union, who has known to play a wide range of characters, said she would jump at the chance.

"HELL YES," she said. "I've even like, researched black female superheroes! I would LOVE. So give me one I can campaign for! That you guys would like to see me do!"

As Wade's wife, Union also got a lot of question on her NBA spouse. Lately, there have been rumors that he is interested in leaving the Miami Heat, where he has played for his entire career. Fans took the opportunity to ask her more about his decision.

When one fan asked if Wade would be leaving the Heat, Union just laughed it off. Another fan asked a similar question, and she decided to answer slightly differently. Union explained that the question should be asked to her husband.

There was also one Reddit user who wondered if perhaps Wade would be going to play basketball in Cleveland to be with pal Lebron James. Union said that she really liked when Wade and James played for the Heat.

Others were more interested in Wade's interviewing skills, which Union said had improved.

"He surprised me! I'm actually VERY Impressed," she said. "I've given him a few tips. And all the notes I gave him after the first interview he actually applied to the second. And he's steadily improved with each segment. I'm actually really impressed!"

Union and Wade both have busy careers, and Union said that their relationship was possible because they make it work.

"A lot of flying! And a lot of sacrifice," she replied.
