It's that time of year again, when Steam users fill up their libraries with games -- old, new, indie and AAA alike -- because the Steam "Monster" Summer Sale 2015 is underway.

During the 10-day sale, Steam rolls out major discounts across the board, the kind of price cutting that makes a bundle of all three GTA III-based games cost less than a fast food meal. Here are some of the top deals from Steam as of day two of the Summer Sale 2015.

Steam started day one off with major discounts on two franchises, XCOM and Grand Theft Auto. Both are still on sale for up to 80 percent off. That means the GTA III Trilogy -- GTA III, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andres -- are going for less than $7.50 as a bundle, and you can get GTA IV for less than $5.00. Or you can get everything between GTA III and GTA IV Episodes from Liberty City for about $12.50.

Similar deep discounts just hit for Steam Monster Summer Sale 2015 day two, which includes 75 percent off NBA 2K15. That's a $60 AAA PC game for less than $15! And more franchises were added to the monster sale, including the Wolfenstein franchise up to 75 percent off and the Hitman franchise up to 80 percent off.
