Football Hall of Famer Warren Moon is selling his four-bedroom Washington home.
The legendary quarterback has listed his Duvall home for $1.6 million, Realtor.com reported.
The former quarterback's Washington property listing describes the estate as "luxurious" with "cascade and valley views" that "encompass peace and privacy."
The 5,190-square-foot home includes a den with built-in fireplace, three full bathrooms, a formal dining room, a home theater, a wine cellar, an entertainment area with a wet bar, and a gourmet kitchen. The modern kitchen is said to showcase slabs of granite tops, bamboo flooring, a walk-in pantry, and high-end appliances. The residence also has a grand foyer that features an open floor plan.
Aside from the features mentioned, the next owners will find a comfortable master suite that comes with its own fireplace. Other amenities of the master bedroom are a massive walk-in closet and a bathroom. The suite also offers a great view of the atrium. The grounds display a pond, a waterfall and some patios.
Photos of the Duvall home display a neutral-colored home, with its earth tone matching its natural surroundings. Inside, a dramatic and curved staircase welcomes visitors with a confident statement. Its airy ambiance makes the living room comfortable for long talks with friends. Pillars and white-painted walls also make the home feel more spacious and grand.
Meanwhile, spanning glass panels generously let light into the home. The wide and tall windows let the owners see the beautiful surroundings outside, consisting mainly of thick foliage of grown trees.
Moon's Professional Career
Before coming to the National Football League, Moon already played for the Edmonton Eskimos in the Canadian Football League, Pro Football Hall of Fame noted. He was able to receive five consecutive Grey Cups during his stint with the Eskimos. He then became part of the Houston Oilers, Minnesota Vikings, Seattle Seahawks and the Kansas City Chiefs while at the NFL. Although he was a great quarterback, he never had a Super Bowl win under his name.
Currently, he is a commentator at the Seahawks radio network, Realtor.com added.
