Horst Christian Simco, known as recording artist Riff Raff, announced Thursday that that he's working on the follow-up to his 2014 debut album, "Neon Icon," reports TMZ.

The rapper was leaving the Katsuya restaurant in Los Angeles with three friends when TMZ stopped him on the sidewalk to ask what he was doing in L.A.

"I've been working on that big album 'Peach Panther,'" the rapper said with a smile.

He announced on Twitter in December plans to drop this album and another, Purple Panther, both by June 1, but obviously that didn't happen. It seems he has decided to focus solely on this sophomore effort.

The rapper told TMZ that Justin Bieber has agreed to collaborate on the project. He said that Drake and Lil Wayne might be featured as well.

The Houston native is no longer living in Texas, he said. He plans to relocate to Nevada after a short stay in Los Angeles.

"Got the mansion," he said. "Big guard-gated neighborhood in Las Vegas, man. Too much traffic out here."

In the video, one of his entourage refers to the Vegas mansion as the "Codeine Castle."

We also know that Lil B will be on the album. On June 14, the rapper tweeted, "LiL B iS ON MY PEACH PANTHER ALBUM SO THAT MAKES MY HEART GLOW."

On Wednesday, Gucci Mane tweeted a confirmation that he's included on the project and hinted at the album's release date, "Gucci Mane LaFlare is On RiFF RAFF's New Peach Panther album dropping This Summer 2015 #Burr."

Riff Raff and Gucci Mane have been teasing fans about a GuWop and Jody Highroller collaboration for quite some time.

Also on Wednesday, Riff Raff posted what appears to be the cover art of his forthcoming "Peach Panther" album on Instagram:
