Sharon Osbourne is rumored to be feverishly working to "cut a deal" with executives from her TV talk show "The Talk" to have daughter Kelly cast as a regular.

RadarOnline reports the original "momager" is hard at work trying to secure a spot for her 30-year-old daughter, who has been largely sidelined since quitting "Fashion Police" several months ago. Reports are Sharon would "share" her "Talk" duties with her daughter.

"Kelly is trying hard to land a full-time job after she very regretfully quit 'Fashion Police,'" a source said. "She thought E! would commend her for taking a stand and giving fans what they wanted when she quit, but it backfired."

As Radar previously reported, the younger Osbourne took a hard-line stance against her former colleague Giuliana Rancic after the latter made offensive remarks about Zendaya Coleman's dreadlocks live on air. Reportedly, Osbourne advised against making the remarks during early filming.

"Giuliana is not often wrong ... it's been really, really heartbreaking to see her behavior that has transpired when she did get caught being wrong," Kelly told People in the aftermath of the blowup. "That's what broke my heart."

Since walking away from "Fashion Police," Kelly has worked red carpet detail for the MTV Movie Awards, among other gigs. All at once, she deemed the experience both scary and exciting.

"I get to be more creative and pick the questions and talk about fun things and not necessarily just be so focused on look," she said.

Kelly stressed her goal is to make people feel good and to have fun doing it.

She later added, "I don't want to feel like I've hurt people's feelings or I've done something wrong -- I just want to make this amazing."
