How dark do you really like it, "Fifty Shades of Grey" fans?

If it's coming from the mind of the controversial yet alluring Christian Grey, then it's pretty dark -- hence "Fifty Shades Darker!" But would it involve a "Fifty" full frontal?

While many "Fifty Shades of Grey" fans were entertained, many were also left with wanting more, but how much more is the question. With that said, many are also wondering if (and hoping) "Fifty Shades Darker" will be more risqué this time around.

There's even a recent rumor that Grey, played by Jamie Dornan, will show off his family jewels.

However, Mark Bridges, the film's costume designer, pointed out that leaving more to the imagination would be "sexier."

"I don't need it all spelled out for me, things left to the imagination are better. But the people who are involved in the later films must know something I don't know," Bridges told the Daily Star Online regarding the full frontal rumors.

In addition to Dornan, Dakota Johnson will reportedly return as Anastasia Steele, but if Dornan (Grey) is turning up the heat, how much more will the daring actress reveal? Chances are that it won't be a battle of the full frontals, but that it will remain semi-tame to keep it R rated.

The next installment of the seductive series doesn't yet have a director. Sam Taylor-Johnson, who directed the hugely successful "Fifty Shades of Grey," opted out of continuing with the film adaptations.

In the meantime, if you need more of a Christian Grey fix, then you can keep on reading.

Steamy-minded, British author E.L. James finally gave eager fans not just a taste but an indulgence of the continuation of the "Fifty Shades of Grey" story by releasing the fourth book called "Grey: Fifty Shades of Grey as Told by Christian."

On June 18, the highly anticipated book told from Grey's perspective was released. It served as an ode to the character as it was published on his birthday.

James went on to explain that it wasn't an arduous task to channel Grey and that although it's the same storyline, it's "even dirtier" from that of Anastasia Steele's perspective.

"Christian is a complex character and readers have always been fascinated by his desires and motivations, and his troubled past. Also, as anyone who has ever been in a relationship knows, there are two sides to every story," James said on CNN.
