Sales of Batman: Arkham Knight for the PC have been suspended due to bugs and performance issues. Warner Brothers addressed the problems and said that it takes these issues very seriously.

The company added it will get the issue fixed as soon as possible, Digital Trends reports.

Players of Batman: Arkham Knight on the PC have experienced problems with graphics and performance. Even with ultra-powerful graphics cards, the game ran extra slow for many users.

Some players of the game decided to download the game a second time to try and solve the issues. The console versions of the game were not affected by these issues, just the PC version.

Players blamed primary developer Rocksteady for the errors in the game. However, the Iron Galaxy studio is likely responsible for the issues. Iron Galaxy is a 12-man studio that has successfully transitioned games like Borderlands 2 to different platforms, but the transition for Batman: Arkham Knight has not been smooth.

Warner Brothers was the publisher that decided to outsource the game to Iron Galaxy for its PC development. The company released a statement regarding issues that PC gamers have run into:

"We greatly value our customers and know that while there are a significant amount of players who are enjoying the game on PC, we want to do whatever we can to make the experience better for PC players overall."

Warner Brothers thanked players for their patience in getting the problem solved. They also said that if players were not comfortable with waiting for the problems to be fixed, they should request a refund for the game.

Warner Brothers said in a statement that they plan to release an "updated version" of Batman: Arkham Knight, likely through a patch that will fix the errors, The Verge reports.
