Cincinnati Bearcats Coach Tommy Tuberville Relists Alabama Home
Cincinnati Bearcats coach Tommy Tuberville has relisted his Alabama home.
The seasoned college football mentor is now offering his Dadeville home for $1.7 million, reported Realtor.com.
The Bearcats' 41st head coach has been trying to sell his expansive estate since 2009, but to no avail. It came out originally with an asking price of $2.38 million. The selling price was reduced many times that it was even offered two years ago for $1.69 million.
Busted Coverage stated in 2011 that the probable reason why Tuberville was having a hard time getting a buyer for his estate is due to its size.
However, for a serious property hunter, the Tuberville residence can be considered a gem. The huge property resting on more than 2-acre-lot includes five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
The 5,600-square-foot home is sitting on pristine-looking grounds that also display a swimming pool for the next owners to enjoy. The coach's dwelling place also features a master bedroom, an open kitchen, a dining area, a living room, two laundry rooms, a two-car garage and two fireplaces.
The sprawling estate is located on an inlet of Lake Martin, thus, future residents will also have wonderful and calming water views every waking day of their stay in the Alabama home. The lake is described as "a weekend getaway for many of Birmingham, Montgomery and even Atlanta's elite" on LakeMartin.com.
The future residents of the Dadeville home can enjoy various recreational activities in the estate such as swimming, boating, fishing, water skiing, camping, and even golfing. Interesting attractions are reportedly present in the area like "eagles nest, natural sand beaches, restaurants, camping areas and popular islands." The next owners may visit popular places like the Kowaliga Bridge, Chimney Rock, and several marinas.
