GTA 5 Cheats: Here's How You Gain an Infinite Amount of Money
Rockstar Games' Grand Theft Auto V is all about the hustle, the fast life and the girls. It's arguably the most popular game of 2014 despite being released last year. Since its Sept. 17 release, avid PS3 and Xbox 360 gamers have been logging countless hours exploring the Los Santos environment. A few keen eyed gamers have discovered that Los Santos can be buggy. One such bug ensures that players are able to gain infinite amounts of money. How's that possible?
According to GTA Onliner, the bug, or cheat code, deals with GTA V's extensive car collection.
"When a player gets an insured vehicle impounded, they can have a mechanic send them a new vehicle as soon as they respawn.
"However, with the proper timing, they can then request their personal vehicle -- which the game recognizes as the impounded car.
"The version that has been impounded will be destroyed, which allows the player to have it replaced, while retaining the version that was brought to them. This effectively duplicates the car, and they can sell the extra to quickly earn money."
If you're not into "cheating," but you like to tinker with your video games and consoles, you can get an ultra sweet mod for the PS3 version of GTA V. The mod effectively sinks a large portion of the GTA V world. Yes, Los Santos is underwater, but don't fret as you are able to travel around the submerged map with a mini submarine.
In order to reach your submarine, just hop into one of your cars or stroll on over to the raging waves. Dive in, with your wetsuit on of course, and swim over to your sub.
Interested in the mod? If so, just head over to the ThePaaqoHD's YouTube channel. There's a helpful video that lays out just how to make a Tsunami hit Los Santos. Remember this mod is only for the PS3. Sorry, Xbox 360 owners, but your system is whack. Also, your PS3 needs to be modded in order to move around some files.
Are you a GTA V player? If so, are you taking advantage of this loophole? Either way, let me know in the comments section below.
