Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo is coming to the phablet industry but not in the UK, reports Tech Radar.

Confirmed by the South Korean tech giant itself, the Galaxy Note 3 Neo "will not be coming to the UK market," says the Tech Radar report. However, the report also notes that the company did not provide information as to where the upcoming phablet would be made available.

The Note 3 Neo has gone from one rumor to another - with the device initially called Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite. According to Tech Radar, Note 3 Lite is the device's official name. However, Tech Radar says that "there was some confusion between Samsung and its spokespeople, and the name is actually the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo."

In the leaked internal product positioning documents obtained by GSM Arena, the device was also called Note 3 Neo, and not Note 3 Lite. GSM Arena has already previously reported that the upcoming phablet will have a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display, an 8MP rear camera with 1.9MP front-facing camera and a hexa-core processor.

In a more recent report, Phone Arena confirms that the LTE version of the Note 3 Neo has passed the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). According to the report, "the FCC confirms the following: the Samsung SM-N7505 features LTE band 5 (850MHz - usable in South Korea at the moment, but not in the US), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and WCDMA 850/1900MHz."

The latest in the string of rumors surrounding the device is its supposed appearance in pictures at a Belgian retailer, reports SamMobile. According to the report, the phablet's pre-order page is set to go live anytime soon, an employee of a Belgian retail store says.

"The pre-order price is rather high at €599, though it's still quite a bit less than the Galaxy Note 3′s launch price in Europe, and we're sure it will go down further in a few weeks after launch," reports SamMobile.

The phablet is expected to launch February, in time for MWC in Spain though Samsung has remained mum regarding Note 3 Neo's official release date.
