Leaks for Samsung's alleged first budget phone just can't stop from surfacing online. However, this time, the update reportedly comes from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) itself, says Phone Arena.

According to the images revealed by Phone Arena, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Lite, now known as the Samsung Galaxy Note Neo, has passed the FCC.

The images on Phone Arena's report confirms that a device with model number SM-M7505 and FCC ID A3LSMN7505, has passed FCC test that was conducted December 9, 2013 - January 8, 2014. Based on the model number on the images, the tested device was the LTE version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo.

"The FCC confirms the following: the Samsung SM-N7505 features LTE band 5 (850MHz - usable in South Korea at the moment, but not in the US), Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, and WCDMA 850/1900MHz," says Phone Arena.

Previously leaked product docus of the Note 3 Neo, courtesy of GSM Arena confirms that the device will come with 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display at 267 ppi, 8MP rear camera, 1.9MP front-facing camera, Android 4.3 Jelly-bean and a hexa-core processor.

SamMobile's insider generously provided a screenshot of the Note 3 Neo's 6-cores which were active simultaneously. According to the insider, the Note 3 Neo specifically runs on Samsung's own Exynos 5260 Hexa-Core SoC with Heterogeneous Multi-Processing (HMP) capabilities."

Apart from such specs, the Note 3 Neo is also allegedly packed with features such as air view, air gesture, air command, smart pause/scroll, and adapt display and sound, says GSM Arena. SamMobile claims that the upcoming device will also have its larger counterpart's S-Pen features including "Air Command Action Memo, Scrapbook, Screen Write, S Finder, Pen Window, S Note, Multi Window, new Easy Clip, and Direct Pen Input."

The date of reveal for Samsung's alleged first budget phone is nearing as rumor mills bet on a MWC 2014 debut this coming February.
