The season premiere of "Chasing Life" debuted this past Monday. Based on the season premiere, it looks like it will be a great season.

In the season premiere, it shows April "trying to live in the moment" but it is not going well as originally thought. April has been through a struggle and there has been complications with her health care that she needs. For the second episode, they will continue with this storyline.

According to CarterMatt, the synopsis for the next episode, titled "The Age of Consent," is below:

"April is enjoying her new living life in the moment lifestyle but is forced to channel 'old April' when she has to make an important decision about her health care. To take a break from the stressful decision, April and Beth finally go on their Bermuda weekend trip, but they end up not exactly living the relaxing island lifestyle.

"Meanwhile, Sara struggles over money issues, and Brenna finally finds a place she fits in at Charlton."

Looks like April is going on vacation to the Bahamas but it will not go well. Based on the promo below, relationship drama could soon make its way to the storyline. The question is: Who will start the drama?

Ratings for "Chasing Life" has been decent at best. According to TV Series Finale News, the Season 2 premiere has averaged 0.723 but that number is expected to increase as the season goes on.

"Chasing Life" revolves around a young newspaper reporter (Italia Ricci) whose big plans get thrown in disarray when she's diagnosed with cancer. The show's cast also includes Mary Page Keller, Aisha Dee, Richard Brancatisano, Haley Ramm, Scott Michael Foster and Steven Weber.

"Chasing Life" airs on Mondays on ABC Family at 9 p.m.
