"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice has formally agreed to have her Bravo Network salary garnished by 25 percent in order to pay off outstanding restitution fees brought on by her bankruptcy conviction.

According to RadarOnline, official court documents filed earlier this week reveal Giudice still owes $214, 588. 90. The set off funds are to be collected until the sum has been completely paid off and made payable by check to the U.S. Treasury.

The 43-year-old is currently serving a 15-month sentence in the Danbury Federal Facility and is slated to be released in February. With time off for good behavior, she could be released as early as around Christmas.

Once the mother of four young daughters has been released, her husband, Joe, is slated to begin serving his near four-year sentence on similar charges.

Giudice recently agreed to return to the cast of the "Real Housewives" once she has been released with some reports estimating her salary to be as high as $2 million per season.

Network officials have reportedly delayed filming on the next season in hopes of being able to include more footage of Giudice and her prison nto the episodes.

"Without Teresa there's just isn't a lot going on with the women," a source told Radar. "With her on board, cameras would film Joe's final days with the family as he prepares to begin his 41 month prison sentence."

The Daily Mail also recently reported that Bravo officials have inked a deal with Joe for a spin-off which will feature his life as a single dad trying to hold his family together while his wife is away and still incarcerated.

Somewhat surprisingly, Bravo head honcho Andy Cohen recently claimed he has no involvement with the project.

The as yet unnamed spin-off will also star the couple's four daughters, Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9, and Audriana, 5.
