The United States Women's Soccer Team parade was held in New York City on Friday following the team's thrilling 5-2 World Cup clinching win over Japan. The Women's U.S. Soccer team marched alongside Broadway to Battery Park and to City Hall.

Hope Solo, goalkeeper of the U.S. National team, posted a picture on her Instagram account about the parade. You can check it out below:

The U.S. was the second seed overall throughout the tournament. Germany was the No. 1 overall team in the tournament. The U.S. team's victory took place in Vancouver, Canada.
