Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne and Justin Bieber will headline a stage of stars scheduled to perform at the first-ever Billboard Hot 100 Music Festival later this summer.

Billboard announced this week The Weekend, Skrillex, Jason Derulo, Holy Ghost, Kygo, American Authors and The Chainsmokers are also among the acts slated to perform during the Aug. 22-23 event at New York's Nikon at Jones Beach Theater. In all, more than 40 acts are expected to take the stage over the two-day event.

Besides the Nikon at Jones Beach, stars will also be performing on two other stages, including one which has been set up on the beach. The event is produced by Billboard in partnership with Live Nation.

"It's an honor to be able to extend the Billboard brand into the festival space, and we feel that Jones Beach is the perfect location to create something truly unique and unforgettable," says Billboard co-president John Amato.

No word on if Minaj will be joined in her performance by rumored new boyfriend Meek Mill. The new power couple has been virtually inseparable of late and the "All Eyes on You" rap star recently hinted that he's ready for them to start building a family together.

"Nicki ain't pregnant," E! Online reports Meek recently told Shade 45's DJ Superstar Jay. "But yeah, I wish."

Not so fast, insists Minaj, who seems to prefer a more traditional approach of marriage before children.

"No matter wut he, or anyone else says, Onika Tanya Maraj won't b pushing anyone1 out her vajayjay, until she's married. Now check that," she later tweeted.

But make no mistake, Minaj seems on board with the idea of one day being a mom. "No matter how much money I have, I would be disappointed, as a woman," she previously told Complex of the thought of not having children. "I feel like I was put here to be a mother."

Meek already has two children from a previous relationship.
