'Real Housewives of New Jersey,' Teresa Giudice News Update: Joe Giudice Bravo Special to Get Multiple Episodes
Joe Giudice is set to appear in multiple episodes of the Bravo-aired reality show special he is now filming with his four daughters while "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star wife Teresa Giudice remains incarcerated.
The New York Posts reports Bravo has already commenced "prepping multiple" shows rumored to feature the 43-year-old Joe in his day-to-day as he tries to hold his family together while his wife serves a 15-month sentence at the Danbury Correctional Facility following a bankruptcy fraud-related conviction.
The show will also feature daughters Gia, 14, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 9 and Audriana, 5, all of whom were reportedly filmed last week getting manicures with sister-in-law Melissa Gorga as Gia prepared to graduate from middle school.
In the fraud case, Joe was also convicted on similar charges and is slated to begin serving his 41-month sentence after his wife has been released. The couple was also ordered to pay at least $400,000 to the government in restitution.
Reportedly, Teresa has already agreed to forfeit up to 25 percent of her future earnings from the show to the government to help pay off the debt. Radar reported Teresa is expected to rejoin the cast of the show once she has been released from custody. While her sentence calls for a February release, time was knocked off for good behavior, so she could be home around Christmas time.
Network executives have supposedly delayed filming on the new season in hopes of being able to include her in more of the scenes.
Page Six recently reported Joe was slated to earn an estimated $150,000 for a one-hour special on the network, but now that the number of episodes have been increased so will his earnings. The show is slated to begin airing next fall.
