Miss Texas 2015, Ylianna Guerra, believes that CEOs in the United Sates work hard enough to earn any amount of money they want to.

According to Business Insider, the Texan beauty answered the interview part of the pageant flawlessly.

Former Miss Universe and this year's pageant judge Michelle McClean-Bailey asked, "Last year, CEOs in the United States made around 300-times as much as the average worker's salary. Should the government impose boundaries on salaries of executives?"

The Texan's response sparked a big applause from the audience.

"That's a good question. You know, I think that if you work hard enough you can attain anything. This is the land of opportunity," Guerra responded. "CEOs, I believe that they work hard enough for their money, so they should be able to attain whatever it is they are working for."

Miss Texas finished runner up to Miss Oklahoma 2015 Olivia Jordan. Guerra was one of the six Latinas competing for Miss USA this year.

Meanwhile, the pageant was cut off from Univision after its co-owner Donald Trump made racist remarks about Mexican immigrants.

"At Univision we see first-hand the work ethic, love for family, strong religious values and the important role Mexican immigrants and Mexican-Americans have had and will continue to have in building the future of our country," the company said in a statement.

Univision was set to air the Miss USA pageant in Spanish for the first time this year.

Several celebrities and business moguls made a statement about Trump after he publicly claimed immigrants are rapists and criminals.

The Miss USA Pageant drew less than 38,000 online viewers when Miss Oklahoma was crowned on Sunday, Newsweek reports.

After Univision and NBC dropped the pageant from their networks, it was only streamed online via YouTube and broadcasted on the cable network Reelz. Last year, the pageant drew in nearly 5.5 million views.
