Praised for her keen sense of humor and witty speaking style, Ellen DeGeneres is once again chosen to host for this year's 86th annual Academy Awards. However, in the latest promotional video for the Oscars, the clever comedian finds herself unable to talk.

DeGeneres previously took on presenting duties for the star-studded ceremony back in 2007, and even received a nomination for Primetime Emmy Award for hosting the 2007 Oscars.

In the 15-second short hilarious clip, the host starts her own, very typical acceptance speech, obviously intended as a spoof. "I just want to thank the Academy," she says. "For asking me to host the Oscars again." But did people assume she was going to take way too long?

The orchestra music in the background abruptly interrupts the 55-year-old TV personality, gradually escalating its volume to hint that she should end her speech very soon. "Okay, wrap this up," DeGeneres says without any choice.

"It's an honor for me to host the second time ... and I love you all!" she adds before hurriedly finishing up her speech. "Thank you so much!"

Ellen DeGeneres is sporting her usual iconic short blonde haircut, as well as a traditional black tuxedo with a tie, similar to what she actually wore in the extended trailer that was aired in December 2013.

Regarding having DeGeneres as the host, the producers Neil Meron and Craig Zadan said: "As a longtime friend, we had always hoped to find a project for us to do together and nothing could be more exciting than teaming up to do the Oscars."

"There are few stars today who have Ellen's gift for comedy, with her great warmth and humanity," they added.

The Oscars 2014 is scheduled to air on Sunday, Mar. 2.
