T-Mobile is continuing its attempts to lure customers to their wireless service by announcing attractive plans. Tuesday, the company said it will offer more data to customers enrolled in a new family plan, CNET reported.

T-Mobile introduced a new family plan that would give each family member 10 GB of data. The price would start out at $100 for a two-member plan, and go up by $20 for each additional family member. The new family plan will first be available Wednesday.

The $100 plan designed for two family members would replace an existing plan that gave unlimited data at the same price.

T-Mobile is trying to force its competitors to match their moves by offering up new incentives and features. The cell phone service provider is attempting to attract new customers and keep existing ones. T-Mobile's new family plan is coming at a time when the entire wireless industry has been creating new plans and creating new marketing.

T-Mobile has been active with new promotions. Just last week, the fourth-largest carrier in the U.S. introduced a plan that allows customers to travel to Canada and Mexico with their smartphones without facing any roaming charges. Last month, the company announced another plan that gives customers the capability to upgrade to a new device up to three times per year.

John Legere, T-Mobile's CEO, started marketing the plan on Tuesday by sending out several tweets that targeted Verizon's family plan. He criticized Verizon's plan for only offering 10 shareable GB of data and costing $140 per month.

"Why share Verizon's 10 GB with everyone when you can have 10 GB of America's fastest 4G LTE all to yourself?" Legere said in a statement.

T-Mobile will reward customers for acting quickly on the new plan. A family that subscribes to a three-person plan for $120 will be able to add a fourth member for free, saving $20. Each person would receive 10 GB of data. The promotion runs until Labor Day.

In the past, T-Mobile family plans only offered each family member 1 GB of data per line. This new plan is very attractive for family members that use a high amount of data every month.
