Nearly two weeks ago "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star Kourtney Kardashian, 36, split from Scott Disick after photos surfaced showing him partying with other women and being affectionate with his ex, Chloe Bartoli, on the Fourth of July in France. It certainly isn't the first time the couple has called it quits during their nine-year relationship, but this time is different. People magazine reports that her famous family now believes the break up is for the best.

"Kourtney's family feels she deserves so much better than Scott's crappy behavior," a "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" production source told People. "They urge her to never take him back."

Fans will remember that over seasons of the TV series "Keeping Up with Kardashians" and "Kourtney & Khloé Take the Hamptons," Kardashian has coped with Disick's alleged infidelity, alcohol abuse, disappearances and general bad behavior. She also had to deal with his feuds with her family who, like the reality TV star, has given the Lord second chances.

"Kourtney's whole family is supporting her and helping her. Since the split announcement, she has spent a lot of time with Khloé and Kim," a source close to the family said. "They are helping her daily with whatever she needs."

"Keeping Up with Kardashians" is currently filming Season 11, and the father of three's future on the show is uncertain, according to People. Sources told TMZ that if Jenner cuts the new bachelor from "KUWTK" he still earns about $4,000,000 a year per the contract.

The show's creator, Ryan Seacrest, told "The Today Show" on Monday that the storyline will follow what happens in real life.

"But obviously you hate to see a split with the people that you know and the family that you know and love, so hopefully things can work out for the best for them. But never a dull moment in that world," he said.

Disick, who Hollywood Life reports has been staying in New York, has been in contact with his two oldest children, 5-year-old Mason and 3-year-old Penelope. TMZ reported on Tuesday, while he has not visited with the kids in more than a month, he Facetimes with Mason and Penelope on a regular basis.

Kourtney and Disick have three children together: Mason, Penelope and 6-month-old Reign.
