Bill Cosby has been ordered to submit to a legal grilling by famed attorney Gloria Allred as part of an ongoing sexual assault case filed against him by former Playboy bunny, Judy Huth.

Radar reports Allred will be allowed to question the 77-year-old famed comedian as the legal probe into the sexual assault allegations moves forward.

"Today, I am extremely happy to announce that we have won a major victory in the case of Judy Huth v. William H. Cosby," Allred said in a statement released on Wednesday. "In our case we represent Ms. Huth in a lawsuit alleging that Me Cosby committed acts of sexual misconduct on her at the Playboy Mansion when she was only 15 years old."

Allred and her team had initially been slated to interview Cosby under oath on June 26, but a last second legal filing by lawyers respresenting Cosby blocked those proceedings. Cosby's latest efforts to refrain from testifying in the case were quashed when the California Supreme Court denied his petition. Allred said she now plans to move quickly and hopes to depose Cosby within the next 30 days.

In all, dozens and dozens of women have come forward to allege they were drugged and sexually assaulted by Cosby over the years. As more and more information about their allegations has leaked, Cosby has faced rising scrutiny and criticism.

In excerpts taken from a deposition he once gave in a sex abuse suit brought against him by Andrea Constand, Cosby admitted to giving women Quaaludes for the purposes of having sex with them.

"We are looking forward to Mr. Cosby answering questions under oath at his deposition and we will continue to seek justice for our courageous client, Judy Huth," Allred said.

Through his attorneys, Cosby has denied all the allegations.
