Producers from the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" are looking for Teresa Giudice to bring the drama in earning her million-dollar salary this season.

With filming on the new season delayed to better incorporate the now jailed Giudice, Radar reports series executives are prodding the star to be more hotheaded and combative this season in an attempt to raise the amount of action on the show.

"There was a lot of anger and disappointment towards Teresa because there was this sense that she held back," a source said of last season. "It was extremely frustrating for the show because Teresa wasn't bringing the drama that fans had expected."

She may not have much choice this season. A source added, "Producers told her in no uncertain terms that they want more table flipping, and less of the quiet PTA mom they saw last season. If producers feel Teresa is holding back from the drama, she will be fired immediately, and won't be paid her $1 million salary."

Guidice is currently serving out the remainder of her 15 month sentence on fraud related charges. She could be released from the Danbury Correctional Facility as early as December with good behavior, according to Us Weekly.

Once she is freed, Guidice's husband Joe is slated to begin his own 41-month sentence on similar charges, but producers are hoping the time spent between jail stints could be a ratings goldmine.

"It's expected that Joe won't surrender immediately after Teresa gets out, and producers will want Teresa to ask him about allegations he cheated on her behind bars," said a source.

A source later added, "Teresa has never wanted to say anything negative about Joe in the past, including the ongoing infidelity claims. But it's now very different circumstances because Teresa needs that Bravo check to pay off the remaining restitution she owes in the bankruptcy fraud case."

Reportedly, Teresa's hefty salary also has the other women from the cast demanding pay raises.
