Roughly one month after announcing that he was divorcing actress Jennifer Garner, multiple sources have revealed Ben Affleck has been dating Christine Ouzounian, a young woman he and Garner hired as a nanny for their three children, reports Us Weekly.

Ouzounian, an employee at a prestigious Beverly Hills nanny agency, was hired by the celebrity couple this spring to care for Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3. At the time, Affleck, 42, and Garner, 43, were in the middle of an unannounced 10-month separation.

It soon became obvious the Arizona State University communications graduate developed an attraction to the two-time Oscar winning actor.

"They would hang out without the kids," a pal of Ouzounian's told Us Weekly. "And they were very flirty."

When Garner realized there was an attraction between her estranged husband and the 28-year-old California native, she terminated Ouzounian -- that did not stop the ex-sorority girl from being in the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" star's life.

Ouzounian's pal told Us Weekly that the infatuated pair were together at Affleck's new Los Angeles area rental on July 17. When not together, the source claims they are reportedly in constant contact through text and email.

"She says Ben really, really likes her," the friend said. "She's saying this is true love."

A representative for Affleck told Us Weekly "all allegations of a romantic relationship are baseless and untrue."

Despite Affleck's alleged romance with their children's prior nanny, People magazine reported that Garner and Affleck attended a school fair in Atlanta, Georgia with their children over the weekend.

Both celebrities were seen wearing their wedding rings on Saturday as Affleck left a gym and Garner ran errands, according to People. The couple does not seem in a rush to finalize their divorce.

Garner is filming her upcoming movie, "Miracles From Heaven," in Atlanta. The film is a Christian-focused drama that chronicles the story of a young girl who is suffering from a rare digestive disorder and finds herself miraculously cured after surviving a tragic accident.
