"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice has been assured by her husband that she has "nothing to worry about" while away serving her 15-month jail sentence, even though rumors of his infidelity continue to swirl.

RadarOnline reports friends of Teresa are openly talking about different instances where Joe Giudice has recently been seen out on dates with other women, including the night of daughter Gia's middle school graduation when he reportedly went out for a night on the town with a younger woman instead of staying home to celebrate the occasion with the family.

"Teresa will always stand by Joe publicly, even to her friends," said a source. "It's just a very sad situation because it's obvious to so many in their circle of friends that Joe is playing her."

Reports say 43-year-old Joe has been so blatant in his actions that he's even taken dates to the same restaurants he and his reality TV star wife have frequented.

"He goes there often," a source added of Joe's dates at the same Rare The Steak House restaurant in Little Falls, New Jersey that he and Teresa once regularly ate at. The source added that people recognize him and are appalled by some of his behavior.

Earlier this month, Joe commenced shooting for his Bravo-aired spin-off show that's set to document his life as a single father of four young daughters trying to hold his family together while his wife is away incarcerated.

The earliest Teresa could be released from the Danbury Correctional Facility around Christmas time with time for good behavior. She has already agreed to return to the cast of "Real Housewives" once she is free.

Once she has been released, Joe is slated to start serving his near four-year sentence on similar charges. She was charged and found guilty of fraud.
