Mariah Carey is currently staying in a rental retreat home in Malibu that offers beachfront access for a hefty price.

Carey, a mother of two, is renting the retreat home for $10,000 a night, Page Six reported.

The singer will be staying in the home before she flies to Israel for a concert, noted the site. Her children and her billionaire boyfriend, James Packer, will also be with her while she enjoys the blissful $30 million worth of rental paradise offered on Airbnb.

The expansive estate that offers the experience of a direct access to the aquamarine sea via the Carbon Beach includes four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The high-end rental home also features a living room with a fireplace to make the ambiance cozy, a chef's kitchen with a huge breakfast station, a great room, a wet bar, and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Interior details seen in the images that Page Six featured show a quaint yet modern looking home with a tropical vibe. There are accents and furnishing that hint texture like the tiles lining most of the rooms and the woven baskets found in the kitchen.

Citing real estate records, Variety noted that the elegant and Mediterranean-inspired abode is currently owned by an entertainment mogul, Michael Lambert. Lambert is said to be the founder of Lambert Media Group after having vast experience under 20th Century Fox.

Carey, her children, and of course, Packer, must be enjoying the comforts of the home because it is highly-secured, being gated and walled from the outside.The couple can even invite friends over as the residence comes with a two-bedroom guest house, aside from two extra rooms.

The master suite is said to be spacious enough to accommodate a sitting area with a fireplace, an office, and a spa-like shower. It also comes with a private balcony that offers wonderful views of the beach.

Outdoors, aside from the beach and the sea, there is also a well-maintained courtyard for the diva to use as her place of meditation or me-time.

The multi-awarded singing star has sold more than 200 million records worldwide. In 2007, Forbes reported that Carey's net worth reached $225 million. Eight years later, her rumored net worth is around $500 million, TMZ stated. It may still be small compared to her Australian boyfriend who derives his riches from casinos. Packer ranks 291st on the world's richest people's list with a net worth estimated to be about $4.6 billion, noted Forbes.
