Liz Hurley and Bill Clinton were apparently having a year-long affair behind White House walls says Tom Sizemore, the alleged ex-boyfriend of the British actress.

According to RadarOnline, there is a secret audio recording where Sizemore talks to two friends about how he arranged the first rendezvous of the supposed love-birds. Sizemore, who had a three-year relationship with Hurley recounts how the former US President once sent a plane to Hollywood to pick up Hurley and fly her to Washington for a tryst.

Sizemore was recorded this recalling how it all began in 1998 at the White House during a screening of Saving Private Ryan. The President ambushed the actor and got a hold of Hurley's number after aggressively saying, "Give it to me. You dumb mother*****r, I'm the Commander-in-Chief of the United States of America. The buck stops here. Give me the damn number."

The President tells Sizemore what tall tale to tell while he wastes no time in calling Hurley and sends a plane to pick her up from Hollywood that same evening.

Hours later the Austin Powers beauty was at the White House and as she met the President privately, Sizemore announces on tape, "Bill turns to me and he goes, 'I owe you one.'"

He then says they consummated that evening and stayed in the White House for four days after. The steamy affair was reported to have been ended by the President after falling deeply in love with the charming actress, 19 years his junior.

Elizabeth Hurley has responded on twitter sayin: "Ludicrously silly stories about me & Bill Clinton. Totally untrue. In the hands of my lawyers."

Clinton-Hurley Affair Made Up

The latest on this story, as reported by Daily Mail is that Tom Sizemore has recanted his claims on the Hurley-Clinton affair allegations.

'I was never at the White House and I never met Bill Clinton,' Sizemore told HuffPostLive with his lawyer at his side.

The actor has not denied that his voice was on the recording and says his outrageous concoction was a result of his use of drugs like crystal meth.

'I'm not denying I said these things. I don't remember saying these things," the actor says. 'They're the rantings of a guy that it has been well-chronicled had a very severe drug problem.'

Could it Be true?

However, despite Sizemore backtracking on his story, a number of photos have surfaced that feature a very close and intimate Bill and Elizabeth during a charity event.

The stunning brunette has previously admitted an attraction for powerful men, especially politicians.

"Oh, I love David Cameron. I've had lunch with David and Samantha a few times and found them both extremely charming. I think he's gorgeous. Super-sexy! He's very hands-on with his kids, very charismatic," the Daily Express quoted her as saying in 2010.

"Powerful folk can be sexy... "I adore Clinton," Hurley said, as recalled by Independent. "You know, naughty but nice with a very sexy voice. John Major was terribly dry and funny in the flesh too."

What do you think? Do they look good together and could it be true?
