AT&T is quickly taking advantage of its recent purchase of DirecTV by offering a brand new plan that will combine TV and wireless services into one monthly charge, the company announced on its website.

In late July, AT&T combined forces with DirecTV by purchasing the satellite TV provider for $48.5 billion. AT&T now wants customers to combine their wireless services with a satellite TV plan for $200 per month, Fortune reports.

The plan was announced by AT&T on Monday. It will allow customers to pick a high-definition TV plan from DirecTV and combine it with an unlimited talk and text wireless plan with 10 GB of data to be shared across four phone lines. The plan will become available to customers on Aug. 10.

Included in the bundle is a $50-per-month basic TV plan that includes up to four receivers and a $160-per-month wireless plan that includes services for four phone lines. The bundle is discounted by $10 per month to reach the $200 per month rate.

If customers want more channels in this bundle, they can customize it to their needs. AT&T is also offering the "All Included" bundle that will add high-speed Internet to the bundle.

The new bundle plans are part of a strategy by AT&T to convince DirecTV subscribers to become AT&T subscribers. It is also the first attempt by AT&T to convince their current subscribers to add DirecTV.

It took AT&T 14 months to receive regulatory approval to merge with DirecTV. The merger makes the combined company the largest pay-TV provider in the U.S. The Federal Communications Commission finally approved the deal, but with several conditions, including AT&T promising to expand their high-speed fiber Internet to 12.5 million customers and offering discounted broadband Internet to low-income customers.
