Two popular Nike signature shoes will arrive at retailers in the coming days, and both sneakers are expected to be among the hottest items on the market.

Nike will release the new colorways of the KD 8 -- the eight signature shoe of Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant -- and the Kobe 10 Elite Low -- the low-top edition of the signature kick of Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant -- next week.

The KD 8 will be released in "Suit" edition, which is officially listed as the Court Purple/Green Strike-Vivid Purple-Bright Crimson colorway of this popular signature shoe.

The KD 8 "Suit" sports a court purple-based upper part with visible bright crimson cables combined with green strike Nike Swoosh branding on the side panel and "KD" logo on the tongue. It is finished off with a court purple midsole and green strike outsole along with a crimson insole with Durant's signature on it.

According to Sneakernews, this edition of Durant's latest signature shoe commemorates the Thunder superstars' MVP season during the 2013-14 NBA season, as he wore a purple suit during his emotional acceptance speech.

"This latest KD 8 honors Durant's extremely heartfelt MVP acceptance speech by taking the purple hue from the suit he wore during the press conference," Sneakernews pointed out. "The famous speech that left KD in tears while acknowledging the importance of his mother on his life and basketball career."

Multiple reports confirmed that the new KD 8 "Suit" will be available on Aug. 14 with retail price set at $180 per pair. Photos of this striking signature shoe are available on this link from NikeBlog and Sneakernews.

Meanwhile, Nike is also expected to make a lot of noise, when they make the Kobe 10 Elite Low available in what is dubbed as the "Overcome" edition.

The Kobe 10 Elite Low "Overcome" edition, which is listed as the Dark Atomic Teal/Total Orange-Mineral Teal-Black colorway of this shoe, features a black and teal Nike Flyknit and Flywire upper part enhanced with total orange touches, particularly on the lining of the black Nike Swoosh logo. It is finished off with a translucent sole.

This edition, which was inspired by Bryant's determination to overcome all hurdles in his professional basketball career, will be available on Aug. 12 for $200 per pair. Photos of this new colorway, which is considered as many as the best Kobe 10 Elite Low so far, are available on this link.
