Bill Cosby is slated to be questioned by Gloria Allred in civil proceedings stemming from sexual assault allegations made by her client on Oct. 9.

Radar Online reports the 78-year-old Cosby was ordered to appear in court to defend himself against claims made by Judy Huth that include accusations he sexually assaulted her at the Playboy Mansion more than 40 years ago when she was just 15 years old.

Even more specifically, Huth alleges Cosby gave her drinks before attacking her and claims his attorney Martin Singer has previously denied and categorized her allegations as "absolutely false."

"In court, the honorable Judge Craig D. Karlan ordered that the parties meet and confer and agree on dates for each client's deposition and then submit those dates to the court," Allred said in a statement.

"The judge stated that he would then decide the order of the depositions and the dates on which they should take place. Today we received a copy of the court's order."

Huth's grilling will come nearly a week after Cosby's, on Oct. 15. He has repeatedly denied all the claims of sexual abuse levied against him by scores of women.

Earlier this month, some 35 of Cosby's accuser posed for a New York magazine cover story where they detailed all their alleged encounters with him. Also last month, newly released testimony from a deposition in yet another civil case Cosby gave years ago revealed in 2005 he admitted under oath to giving women with sedatives prior to having sex with them.

Cosby's career has taken a steep decline since news of the allegations broke and several major entities and institutions have either severed all ties with him or removed public tributes they had dedicated to him, including the Walt Disney Company and Central State University.
