Miami Heat Forward Luol Deng is very eager to unload his Chicago home.

The two-time NBA All-Star has decided to offer his Northbrook residence once more, this time, for $2.8 million, Realtor.com reported. Deng tried to sell the property last year at a much higher price of $3.5 million. That is an outright 20 percent discount, which may attract homebuyers now.

The property listing describes it as a "must see" seven bedroom-home sitting on a 1.1 acres of lot. Living spaces include seven full bathrooms, two half baths, five fireplaces, a four-car heated garage, a two-story foyer, dining room, living room, laundry rooms, a family room, three patios, custom gym, a library, a home theater, an entertainment area and a bar.

The next owners will also admire the master bedroom, which comes with a sitting room, master bathroom with spa features, and a direct access to a private terrace. Another amenity that the next residents may like is the "spectacular" kitchen that comes with a huge island.

Finding a great time in Miami

Deng inked a two-year, $20 million worth of contract with the Miami team in July last year, according to USA Today. Aside from the Heat, Deng also caught the interest of the Atlanta Hawks and the Dallas Mavericks.

There were speculations that Deng would only stay with the heat for a year. However, on June 30, Ken Berger of CBS Sports reported that the South Sudan native is coming back for the 2015 to 2016 NBA season as a Miami player.

Deng enjoyed his time with the Heat and he made this known through his April interview with the Palm Beach Post.

"I love this organization. It's been top-class and everything. I've had one of my healthiest years. It was never anything serious. I've felt great about the medical staff. When you've been in the league 11 years, as soon as you start putting mileage on your body, you want a group that knows your body and you're comfortable with them. The organization has been great," Deng said.

The 30-year-old basketball player has 11 years of experience in the sport and is an asset to the Heat. Last season, he posted an average of 14.0 points, 5.2 blocks, 1.9 assists, and 0.3 steals per game.
