A former physician claims she once witnessed a leading Beverly Hills gynecologist write Bill Cosby a prescription for Quaaludes without following any standard protocols.

According to RadarOnline, Vicki Hufnagel claims she witnessed former Cedars-Sinai Hospital head of obstetrics Dr. Maclyn Wade write Cosby a prescription for the drug while wife Camille Cosby and the legendary comedian's mistress were both in appointments at the hospital unbeknownst to one another.

"A nurse came and took Mrs. Cosby to an examination room down the hall," Hufnagel said. "As soon as she left, Bill began thanking Dr. Wade for making the arrangements for him. I was a little confused what was going on."

She later added, "Dr. Wade told Bill that it wasn't any problem, seeing both his wife and girlfriend at the same time. He said, 'Our building is big enough for both of them.' And then they both laughed."

That same day, Hufnagel alleges she overheard the doctor ask Cosby if he needed anything. She recalls the conversation ended when Dr. Wade allegedly took out his pad and wrote a prescription for Cosby without documenting any of the transaction.

Hufnagel further claims she later observed that the prescription was for Quaaludes and when she questioned Wade about not keeping record of any of it he opined, "That's what we're about -- we're the hospital for the stars."

Cosby has now been accused by nearly 100 women of drugging and sexually abusing them over the last four plus decades. He has vehemently denied all the accusations and has never been charged with a criminal offense.

Hufnagel, who sued Wade in 1985, alleging she was fired after she ended an affair with him, insists she is now coming forward "to alert the public that Bill Cosby is a predator."

"I'm sickened by the possibility that he may have used the Quaaludes given to him by Dr. Wade to sexually assault women."

Dr. Wade passed away in 2001, and at least twice over the years The Medical Board of California revoked 65-year-old Hufnagel's medical license for unprofessional conduct and improper billing. She no longer practices medicine.

Meanwhile, Cosby is facing an upcoming deposition in California stemming from a civil suit filed by former Playboy Bunny Judy Huth, who alleges she was drugged and assaulted by him more than 40-years ago when she was just 15 years old.

The questioning of Cosby is scheduled to be handled by famed civil rights attorney Gloria Allred.
