Teresa and Joe Giudice's Jersey Shore home sold for just $100 at auction this week as foreclosure proceeding moved forward against the suddenly hard luck couple.

Radar Online reports the now jailed "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star and her husband bought the 1,350 square feet, five bedroom property in 2005 at a cost of $347,000.

But on Tuesday, no one stepped forward to so much as bid on the home, prompting mortgage lender America's Servicing Company to buy it back at the significantly reduced rate. Expectations now are the home will be placed up for sale by the mortgage company to recoup the money owed by the Giudices, who have 10 days to come up with the money to retain ownership.

The residence is the same property where police were called earlier this week to stop an out-of-control argument between Joe and a female neighbor that reportedly started after teenage daughter Gia locked herself out of the house and loud screaming ensued.

"There was partying at the house at the Jersey shore, all weekend," a source said. "It was loud, and Joe didn't really care that it was disrupting the neighborhood. Alcohol was involved, and Joe had been staying up late into the wee hours of the morning drinking."

Meanwhile, Teresa is still serving out the remainder of her 15 month sentence at the Danbury Correctional Facility on fraud related charges. She is expected to be released sometime around Christmas, when Joe is slated to soon commence serving out his 41-month sentence for similar offenses.

On her release, Teresa will rejoin the cast of "Real Housewives," and reports are show producers have delayed filming for the new season in hopes of being able to include her in more of the scenes.
