Congratulations are in order for Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green who have just welcomed their second child together. Born on February 13, this is the couple's second son together, their eldest being Noah aged 1. Brian has an 11-year-old son from a previous relationship with Vanessa Marcil named Kassius, reports Too Fab.

Back in November, Fox told ABC News that her first trimester on this second pregnancy was rough. Although, she found that "once you get into the second, it's fine after that."

It turns out that even her first pregnancy was also very difficult for her, revealing to Jay Leno in December, "It was so bad for me. I was convinced that I was, like, maybe birthing a vampire baby like the one in Twilight - you know what happens to Bella, where she's in cold sweats all the time - and I felt like that was happening because I had no vitamins and nutrients, and I was just nauseous...Something not human was happening!"

Megan also shared in another interview, "I was screaming for an epidural when [my husband] was driving me to the hospital because my water broke on its own and I was immediately -- it was level orange alert pain." She described the pain as "so intense" and recalls her first contraction as "horrific," according to She Knows.

She also revealed that finding time for herself has been very diffcult, especially with her 1-yeard-old son and a another baby bump.

"I don't have time to think about it, I have a 1-year-old running around. And then when you're working like 16 hours a day, there's no time for you at all," says Fox when asked about the difference the two pregnancies. 

"When I was home, I wasn't sleeping," Fox added. "I was trying to make out time for the baby and spend time with him. So it was rough." Noah Shannon Green was born in September 2012 and is 17-months older than his baby brother.

The 27-year-old "Transformers" actress and the 40-year-old "Beverly Hills 90210" alum have not disclosed any further details, including the name of their newborn. The immensely private couple also did not give much details on her first pregnancy until the last minute and seem to be doing the same this time around.
