With less than two weeks from the release of the highly anticipated game "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain," a trailer was released to help you relive your childhood memories.
According to Techno Buffalo, Sony Japan has released a trailer of "A History of Metal Gear Solid" and it will bring back memories. The trailer shows clips of past "Metal Gear Solid" footage and how they connect to the newest installment of the game. You can check out the trailer:
Remember the days of fighting Psycho Mantis, meeting Octagon for the very first time, and killing Big Boss in a field full of flowers? Well, you can relive those moments through this trailer.
As for "Metal Gear Solid V," it brings a lot of changes to the series. Players will once again control Big Boss (who was known as Venom Snake) in the year 1984. For the first time in franchise history, players are immerse in a open-world gameplay.
Similar to "Grand Theft Auto," players can now steal cars and horses for escape. Last year, "Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes" was released for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox 360. "Ground Zeroes" is the prequel to "Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain."
According to Gamespot, the story will explain Big Boss's decent towards villainy. Why did Big Boss turn into a villain during the earlier years of the "Metal Gear" franchise? It is a question that fans wanted to know the answer for years. We will get an answer in this game.
"Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain" will be released on Sept. 1 for the Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows. It is already considered to be one of the most highly anticipated game this year.
