‘Teen Mom OG’ Stars Catelynn and Tyler Get Married [Pictures]

"Teen Mom OG" stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra have officially tied the knot.

Us Weekly reports that Lowell and Baltierra first began dating in the seventh grade and have been inseparable ever since. The two reportedly exchanged vows on Saturday Aug. 22 at Castle Farms in Charlevoix, Michigan.

"I believe Cate was brought into this world and destined to be loved by me, cherished by me, admired by me, and forever cared for by me," Baltierra, 23, told Us Weekly following the wedding ceremony. "There is no one else I would rather be than her husband and the father of her children. ... I'm so honored and blessed to be able to grow old with her."

Lowell also chimed in and gushed about her husband, saying, "I always prayed one day that Ty would be my husband, and I am beyond blessed that my prayers came true."

Us Weekly reports that Lowell and Baltierra's wedding ceremony included 154 guests. Some of the guests invited were their fellow "16 and Pregnant" and "Teen Mom OG" co-stars Amber Portwood, Matt Baier, Maci Bookout, Taylor McKinney, Kailyn Lowry, and Javi Marroquin.

Lowell and Baltierra's children were also apart of the wedding. Their 8-month-old daughter Nova Reign was the flower girl, while their oldest daughter Carly attended the wedding as a guest.

Us Weekly reports that Lowell and Baltierra placed Carly up for adoption, after Lowell gave birth in 2009 when she was 16 years old. But despite no longer having full custody of Carly, Lowell and Baliterra often visit their firstborn at her adoptive parents' home.

MTV reports that following the wedding ceremony, Baltierra and other wedding guests took to Instagram to post photos from the celebratory event.
