Comedian Tracy Morgan married longtime fiancée Megan Wollover in an intimate and emotionally-charged ceremony Sunday night.

Just 14 months after being involved in a tragic highway accident that left veteran funnyman and tour member James McNair dead and Morgan handicapped with critical brain injuries, the 46-year-old "Saturday Night Live" alum exchanged vows with Wollover with their 2-year-old daughter looking on.

"After almost losing Tracy last year, I am so grateful to finally be married to the love of my life," the 28-year-old Wollover told People magazine.

Later, she added, "We have been through so much and our love is stronger for it."

Morgan had to learn to stand, sit and walk all over again, after the limo he and several others were traveling in on the New Jersey Turnpike was plowed into by a Walmart tractor-trailer in early June of 2014.

"I don't want to walk my wife down the aisle with a cane or in a wheelchair," Morgan told the magazine before exchanging his I Dos. "So I had to go hard with the therapy ... I had to get better. There was no ifs, ands or buts about it."

With not a wheelchair or cane in sight, Wollover told People, "I'm so excited to see what our future holds and feel so blessed to spend the rest of my life with Tracy."

Undoubtedly, one of those surreal moments will come when Morgan is slated to host "SNL" later this fall on Oct. 17.

Morgan's attorney Benedict Morelli almost foretold Morgan's triumphant return, when he reflected late last year, "He's fighting to get better, and if there's a chance for him to be back to the Tracy Morgan he once was, he's going to try to do that."

The new season of "SNL" opens on Oct. 3 with Miley Cyrus as host, followed by Amy Schumer and then Morgan.
