'iZombie' Season 2 Spoilers: Rahul Kohli Teases Dr. Ravi Will Be 'Foul-Mouthed' on One Episode; The CW Offers Free Streaming of Whole Season 1
It seems fans will get to see another side of Dr. Ravi this Season 2 on "iZombie."
Rahul Kohli, who plays Liv Moore's (Rose McIver) medical practitioner friend on The CW series, has teased about a particular change in his character in one of the episodes of Season 2.
For fans, it would be hard to imagine Dr. Ravi with such an attitude. He has always maintained a composed and well-mannered behavior even in critical and depressing times.
As seen in the video below, when Dr. Ravi's roommate and Liv's ex-fiance Major (Robert Buckley) was arrested and detained in jail for breaking a car's window and entering it, he still remained respectful of the police officer who attended to him when he wanted to see Major.
Kohli's tweet is puzzling for the show's viewers. Did he also become a zombie and his personality was influenced by the brain he just ate as what happened to Liv? It's possible, especially after he was bitten by the zombie rat he was studying in one of the episodes. Could it be?
One possible scenario is that he could just be frustrated in finding the cure for the zombie phenomenon that he gave in to a sudden burst of emotion.
The Hollywood Reporter earlier reported that Dr. Ravi's task of getting the cure will become his major focus this Season 2, citing the showrunner of the series, Rob Thomas.
"He will be questing for more tainted utopium; it's the secret ingredient that he needs in order to recreate the cure and that will become his great white whale of season two --finding that and perfecting the cure. That quest will put him out in the field more; it's not like he'll be tinkering with that formula back at the morgue. He'll be out in the world trying to track this down. We want to get him out of the morgue more," Thomas said.
While fans are waiting for Season 2's airing on Oct. 6, they are encouraged to watch a free streaming of the whole Season 1 offered by The CW on its site.
