Four months after Kim Kardashian said yes to Kanye West's marriage proposal, the Yeezus rapper finally asked the reality star to be his wife on a long-anticipated episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians over the weekend.

Kris Jenner actually was the only family member to know about the proposal in advance. She was in charge of inviting Kardashian's friends and family members in just four days, telling them West was throwing her daughter a birthday surprise. The plan almost got ruined when Kim was trying to call off her trip to San Francisco, saying that she was feeling sick and did not want to go.

"There's no way it can just be a surprise for Kim. There's something bigger," said Kendall Jenner when she set her foot inside the San Francisco Giant's baseball stadium. Khloé Kardashian also got suspicious when she spotted celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz at the venue. "Lorraine lives in New York," she said. "There's no way she would be here if it wasn't something big."

Kanye West set the mood for the perfect moment with candles burning, a 50-piece orchestra playing "Young and Beautiful" by Lana Del Rey, and their family and friends hiding in the dugouts of the stadium.

"I just want to know," said the Chicago rapper before getting down on one knee. Kardashian put her hands to her face, as she was completely shocked. "You want to know what?" Kim asked her fiancé.

"If you'll marry me," West responded, all smiling. "Of course," the reality star whispered in his ear. Yeezy then handed over a box containing a 15-karat diamond ring made by Schwartz.

"I can't believe this is happening," Kim Kardashian said as she kissed and hugged Kanye West, while the words "Pleeease marry meee!!!" were glowing on the giant screen at the stadium.

"I can't breathe," Khloé whispered. "This is the best thing I've ever seen in my life. I'm gonna cry. I didn't know this was real. This is a movie."

"It really is the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. I just can't believe I'm engaged," said Kim Kardashian. "To get engaged and then see all my family and all my friends be there really surprises me and it's so sweet that Kanye thought to bring them all here."

"Kanye really outdid himself. It feels like I'm in a dream. It's just the most amazing experience," she added. "I'm the biggest investigator, so the fact I didn't see one sign of this happening is the surprise of a lifetime."
