"Real Housewives of New York" star Bethenny Frankel is rumored to be dating CNBC's "The Profit" host Marcus Lemonis.

Us Weekly reports the matching moguls met over the summer and have been seeing each other pretty much ever since.

"He's really smart, successful, and so nice," a source said of the 41-year-old Lemonis. "They really like each other."

Sources add the 44-year-old Frankel and her purported new man have been spending time together in and out of the city and were recently on hand for Ron Perelman's Apollo in the Hamptons dinner on Aug. 17.

Recently, Frankel joked about rumors of her and "Modern Family" star Eric Stonestreet being an item and in March she told Bravo's "Watch What Happens Later" host Andy Cohen that she wasn't sure just what kind of man she was looking for.

"I think the kind of guy that I would need to be with has to be able to handle me, which is a tall order," she added.

Frankel and second husband Jason Hoppy filed for divorce in January 2013 and the finalization of the proceedings have been slowed by how contentious they have become.

Since Frankel formally filed paperwork, the two have endlessly warred over assets. In late, June during yet another drama-filled court session the two bickered over their $5 million Tribeca loft and Frankel's multimillion dollar Skinnygirl empire.

Frankel recently described the entire ordeal as "excruciating" and admitted it's something she never saw coming.

"There's no way for people to realize what's really going on," she told Cohen. "I really never expected it to be like this. I've had a pretty colorful past that hasn't been the easiest, and this is, by far, the most excruciating thing I've ever even come close to being in."
