Justin Bieber is moving on up to... Atlanta. He has made the decision to sell his Calabasas mansion and has been seen scoping out homes in ATL. Not only is JB looking to purchase another mansion there but he is looking to move in to one of the most prestigious neighborhood in the area.

The exclusive Buckhead district is considered the "old money" part of Atlanta confirms TMZ. It is also home to the man who discovered him, Usher. Maybe it was all his idea as he is trying to get Justin back on track and having him near might really help. Or maybe this is just Justin's way to proclaim the Hip Hop soul in him.

The seven-bedroom 16,000 square foot house is just want the "Confident" singer is looking for. Buckhead, also being home to Young Jeezy, is a Hip Hop paradise. Besides that, the home possesses everything the Canadian singer is looking for in a place. The mansion isn't visible from the street; it is a minimum of 10,000+ sq. ft. and lists between $4 and 10 million. Justin might even score some welcoming and very patient neighbors... maybe.

The "All That Matters" star has been reported to have already looked at multiple estates and he is looking to buy ASAP. Wonder if this has something to do with the fact that U.S. Customs are haunting his every move. Purchasing a new home is going to prove to people that he doesn't plan to be sent back to Canada anytime soon... hopefully.

Bieber will be selling his Calabasas home. However, he is going to be purchasing private estates 20 miles from the home on top of purchasing a new house all together. Gosh, this kid is really that rich, huh? Well, hopefully these changes well result in a more "well-behaved" life for the singer. Then again... Atlanta is just another Hollywood playground.
