iWatch Release Date, Features & Specs: Concept Photos & Video Released [Watch Here]
A new mock-up on Apple's much awaited wearable device has been released and it sure has impressed a lot of Youtube users.
Fuse Chicken has released their very own iWatch concept which features Apple's wearable device fused with the Nike+ Fuelband. The most recent iWatch mock-up portrays the smartwatch providing 24/7 time and date details, which is after all, the most basic feature of a watch.
At first glance, Fuse Chicken's mock-up looks very much like Todd Hamilton's iWatch concept released last month which also fused Apple's wearable device with the Nike+ Fuelband - making it look more like an iBracelet.
However, Fuse Chicken's iWatch render is a bit wider compared to Hamilton's and also adds in the Healthbook feature. The Healthbook app has been rumored to be integrated in the upcoming iOS 8, riding on to the health and fitness bandwagon.
Healthbook "can reportedly track blood pressure, hydration level, heart rate and even glucose level measurements," says Apple Insider. In addition, the app can also advice with regards to daily caloric intake and be able to track weight too.
In the latest mock-up, Fuse Chicken displays Apple's wearable device capable of providing information for heartbeat, calorie count, glucose levels, oxygen levels and also features a fitness tracker.
Fuse Chicken's iWatch concept boasts of flex glass make-up with wireless, kinetic and solar charging-capabilities. Notifications and apps will also be displayed on the vertical screen, as well as smartphone basic utilities such as directions, compass, alarms, weather and calendar.
And although the recently released concept of the much awaited iWatch has gained quite a following on Youtube, some are saying that the wearable device has fonts that are too small in real life to make reading comfortable at best.
The iWatch mock-up by Fuse Chicken is also a far cry from the Apple patent filing dated February 21, 2013 which had a flexible, bendable, continuous display with sensing mechanism to adjust screen flow if laid out or snapped into place, notes Slate.
Nevertheless, the recent concept video would be a shame to miss. Watch Fuse Chicken's stunning iWatch rendering in the video below.
