Emmy Award-winning journalist Jorge Ramos continues to charge GOP hopeful Donald Trump after he was temporarily kicked out of a press conference and told to "go back to Univision."

"I'm a journalist; my job is to ask questions. Donald Trump is a presidential candidate; his job is to explain to voters what he would do if he were elected. Our objectives were bound to collide," Ramos wrote in an op-ed.

Since the dispute between the Mexican-American journalist and business mogul who vows to deport 11 million undocumented immigrants should he become president, many Latinos have come together to voice their outrage against Trump.

Puerto Rican stars Marc Anthony and Ricky Martin have joined that list of Latinos.

"What does it matter how much money you have when everything that comes out of your mouth isn't worth 2 cents," Anthony tweeted. He later added, "Latinos, it's time to show who we are!!!"

Martin wrote for Univsion Noticias, which was also translated to English, "The fact that a person like Donald Trump, a candidate for the U.S. presidency for the Republican Party, has the gall to continue to freely harass the Latino community day after day makes my blood boil."

Ramos went on to talk about Trump's allegations that most of the undocumented immigrants in America are "rapists" and "criminals" and that the Mexican government deliberately sends criminals over to the U.S.

"This statement is blatantly false. An overwhelming majority of undocumented immigrants in the U.S. are not criminals. Every study available (including research from the Immigration Policy Center) has concluded that the crime rate among immigrants is lower than that of the U.S.-born population," Ramos said.

"Further, there exists no evidence -- not a shred! -- that the Mexican government is somehow conspiring to send criminals to the U.S."

Ramos said Trump is spreading false allegations about undocumented immigrants and causing hatred.

"I wouldn't sit down, and I wouldn't shut up," Ramos said.

Trump continues to climb in the polls, but, in Iowa, is now facing his biggest competitor, retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson.
