Divorced Hollywood celebrities Antonio Banderas and Melanie Griffith are offering their Aspen property for rent.

"The Mask of Zorro" star and his former wife will lease out their Aspen estate for $65,000 a month, Los Angeles Times reported. The once reel and real pair initially intended to sell the luxury home for almost $10 million, noted the news site. Currently, the said retreat estate is handled by Bowden Properties.

The 8,121-square-foot Aspen residence is an expansive getaway, resting on more than 12 acres of Colorado wooded land. Living spaces included in the mountain retreat are seven bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, great room, billiards room, dine-in kitchen, powder room and wine cellar. Aside from the main house, there's a separate guesthouse that is equipped with an old but charming cabin.

The interior boasts vaulted ceilings. Spanning glass panels provide ample natural light and scenic mountain vistas.

Outdoors, there is a ski run to fuel the adventurer in anyone who wishes to stay in the retreat. There are also patios, decks and an outdoor fire pit area for a more relaxing and comfortable experience.

This is not the first time the former pair listed a marital home. Variety noted that they already officially unloaded their seven-bedroom Los Angeles mansion for a whopping price of nearly $15.95 million. Photos of the said 15,110-square-foot luxury house were featured in The Wall Street Journal.

Staying civil after the divorce

Banderas and Griffith, who met on the set of "Two Much," per About Relationships, wed in 1996 and had been together for 18 years before separating.

The Golden Globe-winning actress, praised for her performance in the 1988 movie "Working Girl," filed for divorce in June last year, while asking "spousal support" from the "Desperado" actor, People noted. The 58-year-old actress reportedly sought custody for Stella, their daughter, who may be visited by her father.

This July, Banderas and Griffith were officially divorced as they signed the pertinent papers, TMZ announced.

A source close to the 55-year-old actor told People that the two remained "civil" with one another.

"It's been over for a while. There's not a lot of drama with the two of them. They're at the point where they can be civil to each other. They're doing this in a healthy way. I know that Antonio is looking forward to the next chapter in his life," the source said.

A photo, which was taken this year and posted on Griffith's Instagram account, also confirmed of how they maintained respectful towards one another as they attended their daughter's high school graduation.
