Angered and outraged over his recent visit to her grave, the family of Bobbi Kristina Brown is uniting to demand formal charges be brought against Nick Gordon in connection with her death.

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, even father Bobby Brown and aunt Pat Houston, longtime archenemies, are on the same page in calling for Gordon's arrest.

Bobbi Kristina died under hospice care in late July, some six months after she was found face down in the bathtub of the Georgia area home she shared with Gordon. She never regained consciousness and throughout her medical ordeal family members banned Gordon from being able to visit her or even attend her services.

He has since been slapped with a multimillion dollar wrongful death suit by her conservator Bedelia C. Hargrove alleging that just hours before she was rushed to a hospital emergency room he gave her a "toxic cocktail" that essentially rendered her helpless.

The 35-year-old Gordon is also rumored to be the primary target in a criminal investigation authorities have recently intensified, and he has hired a high-profile team of attorneys led by Casey Anthony attorney Jose Baez to defend him.

The Houston and Brown families have seemingly been at odds ever since Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown became an item nearly three decades past. But after seeing Gordon at Bobbi Kristina's grave "flouting decency" the two sides have come together in their demands that Georgia police move to bring him to justice.

The civil suit also alleges that Gordon beat Bobbi Kristina so badly prior to the July 31 incident that he knocked out one of her teeth, then dragged her upstairs by her hair.

Several media outlets have also reported Gordon was paid up to $40,000 for the grave photos, which were ultimately published by the National Enquirer.
