A new trailer video reveals that "Arrow" fans can expect to see a different side of Oliver Queen in Season 4 of The CW series this fall.

The sneak peek also teases Sara Lance's resurrection, Thea's new costume and several new characters that will pop up in Star City.

The trailer opens up with a shot of Oliver enjoying his new life as an ordinary citizen with his girlfriend Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) in their suburban home. The clip is warm and bright and Stephen Amell's character truly looks happy. However, it won't be long before the vigilante is summoned to rejoin Team Arrow to face a threat against the newly renamed Star City.

The preview video gives fans a look at Matt Ryan reprising his role as John Constantine as well as lots of action. Captain Lance (Paul Blackthorne) and Oliver appear to still be at odds, plus the hero does not seem to be on good terms with Diggle (David Ramsey).

Meanwhile, there's a teaser of Curtis "Mr. Terrific" Holt, played by Echo Kellum, who will spend a lot of time with Felicity. Another clip shows Willa Holland's Thea fighting crime in costume as Speedy.

The video also hints at a conflict between Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law) and Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman) who has succeeded her father to become the new leader of the League of Assassins.

In addition, Amanda Waller is featured in the trailer in a flashback scene speaking to her protégé Oliver, who appears to be tangled up in wires.

Furthermore, fans are introduced to the season's big bad, Damien Darhk played by Neal McDonough. In the video, Damien is speaking in a business meeting about his motivations to destroy Star City.

"You're all fretting about this city dying. I'm here on behalf of an organization that wants you to let it die," he says.

According to Slash Flim, "Arrow" Season 4 will premiere on Oct. 7.
