Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 News: Soundtrack Songs, 20 Teams fFrom Top Brazil League Coming and More
Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 is Konami's soccer simulator and direct competitor to FIFA 16 from EA Sports. More details are emerging regarding the game that will be released Sept. 15, True Achievements reports.
The problem with Pro Evolution Soccer over the years has been its lack of licensed teams. Because Konami is not able to get the licenses for the Premier League, Pro Evolution Soccer had to give these teams generic names, logos and colors. That will remain the case this year, but Konami was able to get the license for several leagues and teams for Pro Evolution Soccer 2016.
In Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 there will be some exclusive leagues and teams that FIFA 16 will not get. Konami managed to get the licenses for all 20 teams in the top soccer league in Brazil, the Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A, as well as four teams from Serie B -- Bahia, Vitória, Botafogo and Criciúma.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 also has licenses for the Champions League, Europa League, the UEFA Super Cup, the Euro 2016 tournament and several other individual teams and kits, Game Informer reports.
The soundtrack for Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 has also been announced and it will feature a familiar Queen song.
Here are all 13 songs for the soundtrack of Pro Evolution Soccer 2016:
- Queen - "We Will Rock You"
- Joywave - "Somebody New"
- Broken Bells - "After the Disco"
- Passion Pit - "Lifted Up (1985)"
