Jennifer Lawrence is apparently going to take a break from acting according to Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.

The Oscar winner as well as presently nominated actress has worked on no less than eight movies in the last year alone and needs to take some time to unwind, reports Yahoo! He told the Sun last Sunday: "She's going to have a long break for a year where she won't do anything. It's been non-stop for her and she deserves a rest."

Weinstein goes on to say that she continued to sign on gigs to do people favors, including American Hustle and has not been able to rest. Weinstein who worked with Lawrence on Silver Linings Playbook continues, "She signed on to do Hunger Games when she was young and wouldn't have realised how much it would dominate her life. But she's a professional and always will be."

The 23-year-old actress is also reported to be on the hunt for a house in the UK with boyfriend Nicholas Hoult, says CTV.

Sources claim: "They loved the house as soon as they saw it. They know it's not realistic at this point in their thriving careers to live in the UK, but they want a bolthole across the pond. Jen loves the English way of life and as they are now serious again, it makes sense to look into buying somewhere."

Although it hasn't been confirmed when the break of Lawrence will commence because she has upcoming projects which include this year's "X-Men: Days of Future Past," and the two-part "Mockingjay" film to round out the "Hunger Games" series, reminds HuffingtonPost.

This would not be the first time that this "break" has been discussed, towards the end of 2013 Lawrence told USA Today: "I've built my career. I need to build my human life. I need to get a house and connect to the people around me and not work for a little while."
