The hottest Justin Bieber news aside from his "Baby" video reaching one billion views over at Vevo is the rumors that an upscale neighborhood in Atlanta is gathering up residents to do a protest against the young superstar.

However, it did not take about 24 hours before the issue was cleared and it turned out that the entire news was an elaborate prank, Time reports. There were only five individuals who showed up in the protest site while others were simply just there to have a glimpse of the teen pop star.

Protest Against Justin Bieber Discovered To Be Radio Show Prank

The Atlanta Rock 100.5 show made an admission that they were the ones behind the alleged neighborhood protest against Justin Bieber, NY Daily News stated. The show entitled "The Regular Guys" even created a Facebook event that called for supporters against the 19-year-old Canadian singer.

The event description read as:

"As a community here in Buckhead, we have worked hard to achieve our goals and get to where we are. Justin Bieber's relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children, as well as the community."

This made around 600 people to sign up but as previously mentioned, it took only a few people showing up in the stated location that turned out to be a part of the radio prank show too. One of them was Chan Shepherd who was an intern for the radio show.
