"WWE SmackDown" was filmed in Little Rock, Arkansas, on Tuesday night, and as the final show before Sunday's "Night of Champions," it featured quite a number of big names -- except John Cena and Sting.

During the last "Monday Night Raw," Divas Champion Nikki Bella retained her championship and became the longest-reigning Divas Champion. By defeating Charlotte, she said a "Bellabration" will occur on "SmackDown." The "Bellabration," however, was simply backstage video segments aired throughout the show, nothing in the ring with confetti and balloons.

The divas also had the honor to open the show. It was tag-team competition between Naomi and Sasha Banks against Becky Lynch and Paige. After a hard-fought match that attracted the crowd's attention, Paige's losing streak continued as Naomi and Banks won.

WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day poured their positivity into the ring and delivered a promo about tables and saving trees. The Dudley Boyz interrupted. The two teams have a match at "Night of Champions" for the WWE Tag Team Championship, but despite the promotion for Sunday, the teams still had a match. Although it was a non-title match, The New Day ended The Dudleys' undefeated streak since returning to the WWE several weeks ago.

It's unknown what storyline Cesaro will fall into, but he had a match against Big Show. With a knockout punch, Big Show defeated Cesaro.

Ahead of his Intercontinental Championship match at "Night of Champions" against champion Ryback, Kevin Owens defeated Dolph Ziggler. Rusev made an appearance, since he has a match against Ziggler at "Night of Champions."

For the main event, it was another tag-team match with Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose against Sheamus and WWE World Heavyweight Champion and United States Champion Seth Rollins. Ambrose and Reigns won the match. It was another loss for Rollins and Sheamus, both lost against Cena during the last "Monday Night Raw." Sting didn't appear on the show, but expect a video montage about him.

There was no indication of The Wyatt Family, who are set to face Ambrose and Reigns at "Night of Champions." There was also no indication on who will be Ambrose and Reigns' tag-team partner for Sunday's show.

"WWE SmackDown" airs weekly on Thursday at 8 p.m. EDT on SyFy.
